At MBlue Marketing, we offer a variety of services aimed at boosting your marketing impact. Our offerings include, but aren’t limited to, crafting compelling content, providing strategic consultation, and delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.
Hosting Payment Policies, Fees, Refunds, and Agreement Terms
Before we start any hosting services, including renewals, we need the full payment upfront. Your bill is due on or before the date mentioned on your invoice. Your billing will go on until you decide to cancel your hosting with us. Once time has passed, we can’t offer credits or refunds for it.
If we cancel your hosting because you didn’t follow this agreement, we won’t refund you. We’ll only consider a refund if the cancellation wasn’t your fault, as we see it. We deal in Canadian dollars for any money matters. You can add more features to your service whenever you want. We also have the right to change our prices anytime.
If your payment is late, we might suspend your account without telling you first. And if you don’t pay for three months in a row, we might remove your website from our servers. If it comes to this, we might send your account info to a collection agency.
Canceling Services
If you cancel a service agreement early, unless stated otherwise, you’ll face a penalty equal to three months of your current monthly charges. You need to email us at [email protected] to cancel. Include your domain, login, and password in your cancellation email or support ticket. Please wait up to 48 hours for us to confirm your cancellation. We can’t refund any part of a service or contract you haven’t used. Domain dealings—like registrations, renewals, and transfers—are final and non-refundable. There’s a 30-day period for cancellations. Maintenance contracts also have a three-month penalty if you cancel before your year is up.
Intellectual Property (IP)
You agree that any intellectual property, like strategies, ads, tools, or graphics we create, belongs to us. We have the right to keep any IP-related data from you. If you want to buy our marketing strategies and any related IP, we’ll give you a price at that time.
Indemnification Policy
You’re using our services—like web hosting, email, and marketing—at your own risk. We don’t promise that everything will work perfectly for your specific needs. We’re not responsible for any loss, data loss, or business damage you might face from using our services. You agree to protect us from any claims, costs, or losses that might come from using our services or any products we sell.
We won’t be responsible for any lost intellectual property, content, emails, or revenue because you used our services. We’re not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or otherwise—that come from your use of our services, any mistakes, or any service failures.
If any legal issues come up because of the products you sell or the content you provide using our services, you’ll cover any costs or damages. This includes any copyright problems or injuries caused by your products.
We’ll decide what breaks these rules.
Our Service may include links to websites or services that don’t belong to MBlue Marketing. We don’t have any control over these third-party sites and we’re not responsible for their content, their privacy policies, or how they operate. When you use these links, you’re acknowledging that MBlue Marketing isn’t responsible for any harm or losses you might experience from dealing with these outside sites or their products and services.
